From 10pm (UK Time) every Sunday night, Les hosting from Manchester, Simon in Dorset, Jess in the North East and Colin in Devon - bring you 2 hours of the finest chat, laughter and music from our home based studios across the country – but you probably couldn’t tell unless a dog barks, something gets dropped or you hear a washing machine on a spin cycle! Total domestic normality then!!

With regular interaction through email and social media, the show has weekly listener picked music features:

• Elevenses – two feelgood songs picked from the last 5 decades.
• Longplayer – a 12 inch pleasurable classic from our dancing days.

Plus the team each brings a little something to the show every week:

• Colin has the Quirkiest tales to tell.
• Simon has two handpicked Showbiz stories.
• Jess brings us the Telly worth watching (or sometimes not) and awards her Manky Melons... well we already have Rotten Tomatoes don't we...?!

We also take great pride in scheduling some superb songs that you may just have forgotten about.

The show is distributed via a shoutcast feed on both http and https, so using all the power of technology we have these days, we've turned Sunday evening radio on its head and then bounced it around a bit!

Your station get a weekly updated promo delivered by Wednesday lunchtime and bespoke station dry ID drops to add over the end of the promo we send out.

Our pre-recorded Best Bits shows give the team a chance to recharge their batteries and dates for this are spread across the year.
