Show Description

The show plays the FINEST Reggae, Rocksteady, Roots, Dub and Ska.

A specialist show that STANDS OUT as it’s a balance of professional presentation, imaging/jingles, information, artist interviews and quality tunes from the chosen genres.

Andy Luckman presents the “Offbeat Reggae Radio Show” from his custom-built studio in Essex, UK. He has had previous radio experience working in professional commercial radio from 2001 – 2006 as not only a presenter but also station sound producer.

A new show is produced every two weeks and includes artist features, interviews and suggested albums along with music that spans multiple decades of the genres. As it is every two weeks the stations that presently accept the show may use it two weeks running or partner it with another show that is twice a month. The frequency may increase to weekly if financially viable.

The show is free to use BUT may include sponsorship. In fact, I am actively looking for a sponsor and a condition of using the show is to provide statistics for the show on your platform.

The show is aimed at a family audience (radio edits of tunes are included or edited) but do keep in mind that reggae music does talk about important subjects to do with race, inequality and Rastafarianism, although I as a host let the music talk for me and don’t discuss such things.

In a continued effort to keep standards and professionalism at a high the show is accompanied by promotional material for you to use on your social platforms. Each time the show is sent to you it will include:

* Show mp3 (Full 2 hour file and also split into 2 1 hour files.
* Tracklisting TXT
* Promo items (audio promo, image, video(s) and social media post text) for your social media

You can listen to the show by heading to

Please do get in touch if you have any questions. I am motivated to get the show to a wider audience and share the fantastic music that just doesn’t get enough exposure.
